Shipping & Pickup Information (NZ)
DELIVERY INFORMATION AND TIMEFRAMES:
Delivery timeframes depend on your location (and the time of year).
Please note that shipping times and rates will vary depending on where the product is shipped from. We do not always have the same stock on each site - Auckland and Christchurch.
We will re-confirm the shipping rate with you after the order is placed.
For purchases shipping within the same island: Please allow 5-7 working days following your order placement date. We will however aim to be quicker than this where possible.
For inter-island purchases: Please allow 7-10 working days following your order placement date. We will however aim to be quicker than this where possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
When your order has been sent, we will notify you via email with a tracking code for your reference.
Sets in the North Island are shipped via Toll, Mainstream or PBT.
Sets in the South Island vary depending on the service within that area.

We allow for pick-ups once you've paid for your set in full.
Our North Island based sets are stored in our secure warehouse facility at Larboard International Logistics and limited stocks are at our secure warehouse facility in Hamilton, courtesy of Toll. (shown in Map Below)
Our sets in Christchurch are stored in our secure warehouse facility, courtesy of GH Warehousing in Bromley.
Our accessories and playhouses are available from our Showroom too - 1027C Colombo Street, Christchurch.
- Please make sure you present your invoice on pick-up.
- You will require at least a single load trailer to pick up all of our sets, including the smallest.
- Please bring strapping material if possible, you will need to secure the load
- Pick up is available 8am - 5.30pm weekdays in Auckland or Hamilton; 9-4pm weekdays in Christchurch
- Please phone 0800 KIWIPLAY or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to pick up to book a time.
To get through to the Toll Warehouse - you may need to mention to the person operating the gate that you are picking up some freight, and need to go to Toll Reception.
